William D. Bryant, President Bill has spent his entire career in the construction industry, from hands-on field work, estimating and supervision, to marketing, design and administration.
Bill also serves his community whenever possible. He has been director and president of the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce, director and chairman for the United Way and director of the Mental Health Association.
Bill is a Florida State Certified General Contractor. He founded Bill Bryant & Associates in 1981.
Nancy D. Bryant, Chief Financial Officer Nancy was raised in the construction industry working in her family's business from the age of sixteen. Today, her grandfather's legacy, Pioneer Incorporated, is one of the largest general contracting firms in the nation.
An active community leader and volunteer, Nancy has served on many boards including the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce, and holds a degree in Professional Business Management from Nova Southeastern University.
Christopher D. Bryant, Project Manager While still in high school, Chris started working in the lumber business. After college he served five years in the U.S. Navy before joining his parents at Bill Bryant & Associates, Inc. Diligently learning all phases of the business, Chris is familiar with the day-to-day operations of the office as well as in the field.
He holds a Florida State Certified General Contractor's license.
Robert H. Paugh, Director of Construction Robert has been working in the construction industry all of his professional life. He has directed multi-million dollar projects throughout his career and continues to be an asset to Bill Bryant & Associates, Inc.
He has extensive knowledge in creating bid packages, preparing budgets, estimating, negotiating contracts and administering field construction and tenant build-outs.
Robert has a degree in Residential Construction from Northern Maine Technical College. He holds a Florida State Certified General Contractor's license.
Gloria J. Cutting, Accounting Dept. Gloria works closely with the President and the Director of Construction. She is responsible for property management and various accounting procedures.
Dan Williams, Senior Superintendent Dan Williams has been with Bill Bryant & Associates, Inc. since 1989. He is our Senior Superintendent who manages multiple projects, while specializing in custom residential jobs.
Dan is also the Safety Officer who is in charge of keeping the employees safe, efficient and effective. He holds a Florida State Certified General Contractor's license.
David Hunter, Project Manager
Dave joined our firm in the summer of 2005. He has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years managing and providing supervision on projects ranging from $1 million to $120 million. Projects include: a Publix Distribution Center in Boca Raton, Universal Studios in Orlando, the School of Music, University Chapel, and School of Pharmacy. Dave has recently completed his Contractors Certification and now holds a Florida State Certified General Contractor's license.
Dave is married to Vero Beach native Betty (Beatty) Hunter and has three children. He is an attending member of First Baptist Church of Vero Beach. His hobbies include golf and watching NASCAR. Dave grew up in Sarasota, FL. He was presented with the International Who's Who of Professional Award in 2000.
Viet Tran, Accounting Dept.
Viet joined Bill Bryant & Associates, Inc. in 2005, coming from California. His role is entirely accounting. He processes all invoices, checks, and bank statements. He has a Business Administration Degree Specializing in Accounting.
Valerie Davis, Administrative Assistant
Valerie joined Bill Bryant & Associates, Inc. in 2006. She works closely with the Director of Construction. She processes all contracts, change orders, and prepares warranty packages at project close-out. Her role also entails the coordination of multiple construction documents along with blueprint and plan distribution and bidding documents. She is also actively involved in the permitting process and handles various other administrative tasks.
Kelly Hagen, Receptionist
Kelly is our first point of contact with the company. She also works closely with the Director of Construction. Kelly works with Valerie on the coordination of multiple construction documents along with blueprint and plan distribution and bidding documents. She is also actively involved in the permitting process and handles various other administrative tasks.
